you're gonna like Lugnut whenever I get around to finishing it, it's a solo space trucking game where you play Klondike solitaire, pausing occasionally to take a snapshot of the game to generate the prompts and situations of the galaxy you're flying around, then setting off again

it also featured something ive been really interested in exploring and playing more, which is very specific board-gamey mechanics that imply stuff in the fiction but don't need to spell it out directly. Trusting the players to interpret the cube sliding or card playing or whatever else is just fun

It was a fun time! When we played, the obfuscated mechanics really came through with Nick's robot trying to figure out why my slime was making certain decisions and trying to steer me away from its secret component. The roleplay of that helped me induce he was hiding something. good stuff
