1/2 way through Sanderson's Rhythm of War, just finished A Court of Thorns and Roses and keep going back to Brian K Vaughan's Saga comics.

I remember that series! Really great balance of epic fantasy world building and romantic elements. Truly ahead of its time.

Those were my coming of age books back in the 90s! Silverthorne was the best.
