If the new mayor really wants to do something about congestion, the easiest way would be to address fraudulent out of state registrations for cars that are kept in New York.

Finally cancelled my Optimum service after they more than doubled the price of my internet package. It took a half hour of saying, "No, I'm not interested, I just want to cancel," and from what I've heard I got off light. Endlessly raising prices made me leave. This dumb process will keep me away.
