I'm guessing these weren't ebikes but electric Mopeds.
An ebike does not have a throttle, you have to peddle it's is assist only.
The e-moped industry has been getting away with this and needs to be regulated.
If it has a throttle it is not an ebike, simple.

But if no one stops him does the law matter? Rules and a law-based society assume that most people, and especially the leaders, follow the rules.
When they don't, you no longer have a society based on rules and laws - you have a dictator and anarchy.

M365 is an infrasercture not just Office apps & sharepoint/email.
I have been doing IT integration work for the last 20 years, even for smaller firms of 100 staff, it would be a huge spend to replace it and would not be as effective when you have to put together 8+ platforms to replace one.

M365 is an infrasercture not just Office apps & sharepoint/email.
