The best part is having your Mage learn the level 7 spell that allows you to warp to anywhere in the dungeon, then putting in the wrong coordinates and end up insta-perma-deathing your entire party by having them warp into the solid wall. HAHAHA FFFFFFFFFFFFFFFFFFFFFUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUU

The best part is having your Mage learn the level 7 spell that allows you to warp to anywhere in the dungeon, then putting in the wrong coordinates and end up insta-perma-deathing your entire party by having them warp into the solid wall. A minor but much needed relief - when it came to tracking RetroAchievements on my stream, RA Tracker just *would not support the Bauhaus 93 font* which endlessly annoyed the piss out of me because I need Bauhaus 93 to be unformly used across my whole stream, I just do.

You shouldn't judge a game by its box art, I'm sure they say, but I have always and will always be viscerally disgusted that Data East couldn't even bothered to throw some transparency on the game's title. It is, to me, a portent that you're about to play a terribly boring, below-average platformer.

This... is the Cliff That Time Forgot, an area of EarthBound that is actually the current day version of the game's final dungeon. Note the sea of emptiness, the oddly floating look of the land, the crumpled heap, but most importantly, the unnerving clash of metal and earth to the left. READ ON!-
