Got a request from Kat to have Mac & cheese for dinner tonight. So I made a bechamel sauce, melted in two types of cheddar and some muenster, mixed in diced jalapeño, cooked up some bacon to add in, poured over pasta and baked with a cracker crust on top. Wife wants comfort food!? Wife gets!
