NFL passes emergency QB rule to avoid another 49ers playoff debacle, but it’s complicated. 3rd QB doesn’t use active roster spot on game day, BUT must be on 53-man roster (not practice squad). And this 3rd QB can only play while QB1&2 are injured or ejected. Will more teams start carrying a 3rd QB?

Umm… Peacock will be the exclusive home of Bills @ Chargers on 12/23 at 8pm ET. I assume I can still watch on NFL Sunday Ticket, because I’m not getting Peacock just for one random game.
