I quite like the emphasis on value on the second piece!

Although, even then, rewatching the scene, one can notice slight movement of the cursed spirit's body actually going limp after the blast. It's a very technically complex shot.

[+] especially considering how unconventional each one of them look, it takes a lot of skill to animate them with this level of three-dimensionality. If anybody knows what animator did that shot specifically, do let me know.

One shot I'd like to personally shout out is the scene where Choso uses Piercing blood on the cursed spirits chasing Yuji. Aside from the cinematography being stelar as always, I specially enjoy how tactile the cursed spirits look, as the camera jump cuts to each one being pierced, [+]

[+] acting in literally every shot. JJK's third season is ultimately a group effort, and it may be some of the best art direction for a TV animated series I've ever seen, with the only other works coming even close being Chainsaw Man's Reze Arc movie and Frieren's both seasons.

People like to praise Mr. Goshozono for the art direction this season, which, I admit, is understandable, as I too think every decision made by him this season matched or elevated the original manga panels, but I want to focus on the animation crew too, especially on the care put to the character[+]
