But not the Tory pressure/threat to defund
Strongly disagree re reform, of course it's possible, it's an organisation so any cultural change is possible (albeit likely to take around 7yrs to embed). i liken this to the NHS, destabilise it and try and convince it's broken so it can be removed.

Why would I argue that position? We know that the Tory appointments to the BBC were not going to lead to a fair press and that the journalists were walking on eggshells due to the constant threat of defunding. That doesn't mean you throw the baby out with the bathwater, it calls for reform

Too simplistic to blame the BBC. Viewing options have increased exponentially with people watching American news networks, GB news and turning to social media like X and denouncing all TV news. The problem is wider than the BBC

And watch that cash lose value consistently year on year

Isolation should've prepared him for death, but his cabin in the woods would never be visited again. Realising he'd haunt nobody meant he truly had to learn to be alone

The more specific context of the position they are coming from. The PM was talking about uniting and integration as a positive. With that in mind, saying we 'risk becoming an island of strangers' takes on a completely different connotation

Completely different context however (not disputing it was a poor choice of wording).

Whilst there's truth in your comment, let's not pretend that whilst labours popularity takes a nosedive, that it's not the rise of reform and other rightwing personalities that get disproportionate exposure that aren't at the heart of this

I've sadly become a little conditioned to a lot of the bigotry and repugnant commentary of a number of politicians/public figures, but this boiled my piss when I heard it live. Not to mention the hypocrisy of grandstanding his own set of victims who left the inquiry, even putting one up for election

He was up for the fight, little did he know that his missing resulted in him becoming a rook, the final piece on the demons chessboard

Death was the key for the puppet brought to life through a malignant TV show to finally realise his calling

By no means a fan of the man and actually enjoyed him getting schooled in debates by literal children but he doesn't deserve this and some of the comments are truly repugnant.

More than happy with Farage being absolutely disproportionately everywhere though, aren't they?!

Quite enjoyed covenant and Romulus also, but agreed, loving this latest addition

100% will catch you next time you are in the UK... But I've just realised I think it's imperative we hear you cover the Hamilton tune first burn... It's like it was written for your voice, I can't un-hear it

Not sure that's a particularly strong rebuttal of the criticism

In the spirit of wild insinuations, it could be posited that by coming across as such a vocal presence against crimes against children he is lifting himself out of any suspicion that could follow him or catch him up... Hiding in plain sight as so many have done before. All conjecture of course
