Continuing my Switch backlog kick, Link's Awakening was one of those games I'd hoped to have finished before Tears of the Kingdom dropped. I know Twin Peaks had an influence on this game, but man, you can really tell how similar the dream-like quality is.

A prime example of how an RPG's systems don't need to be stupidly complicated. It's one of those retro games you say "Yeah, I'll get around to it eventually" but you realise more important things eat up your time. Very glad I've played this now
