I've seen enough. It's 3 weeks into this nonsense coup of America and I've had it. We need a plan. We need to stop Trump from totally dismantling everything we've accomplished in the last 250 years.

I mean, maybe but this administration is about to send us to the freaking soup kitchens if we don't do something more than "strongly worded statements." Day 7 of Trump's bullshit and he's already made most of the federal government ineffective, we have to DO something!

“'If it’s a little inflationary, but it’s good for national security, so be it. I mean, get over it,' Dimon told CNBC’s Andrew Ross Sorkin during an interview...."

Hold on, hold on! I was told Trump won the election to "lower inflation?" 🤔

Jamie Dimon says Trump's tariff policy is positive for national security so people should 'get over it'
Dimon did not get into the details of Trump's plans, but said it depends on how the duties are implemented.

There are around 6.5 million 'second' houses in this country. 10 corporations by THEMSELVES own 450,000 homes, per NerdWallet. It's almost like we don't have a housing supply/demand problem like politicians say, and a much larger real estate-greed problem instead. 🤔

Since the LA fires have now destroyed 10,000+ structures, some context: the great Chicago fire in 1871 is the worst urban fire our country has ever seen, and burned roughly 17,000 structures. We are approaching that in 2025, even with our modern building codes and fire fighting equipment...

I'm pretty sure "imbecile" is going to become my favorite word for the next four years.

Occasional reminder that there’s no, “it’s too late, its over” for anthropogenic climate change. Every molecule of CO2 that doesn’t go into the atmosphere makes a difference. Preventing 0.1 degree of warming makes a difference. Every bit of climate resilience we build together makes a difference.

Well it's good to know that we want the rare-earth minerals in Greenland! After, of course, the trillions of tons of land ice melt into the ocean and drastically change the planet we live on. 😅
Trump wants to buy Greenland again. Here’s why he’s so interested in the world’s largest island | CNN
US President-elect Donald Trump says owning the Arctic island is vital for national security, but experts say he may also be eyeing other aspects of Greenland such as its trove of natural resources

Man who knew that the president-elect has (apparently) way more power than the actual, sitting president does? 😅🤯

Was only a matter of time, damn. Have definitely seen more seniors living in the GF streets.
‘Gray wave’ of homeless seniors overwhelms homeless service providers
The number of unhoused seniors is expected to triple by 2030. About half of this population are becoming homeless for the first time. Programs that can help are struggling because it’s especially hard...

Sometimes you can hear a photo; this one is perfectly silent. I find myself looking for the silent places like this to give my brain a break these days. #Montana

Anyone know anything about this new Gallatin Valley Sentinel group? They put out a video recently that is villainizing the poor and it just doesn't sit well with me at all. That kind of stuff is NOT "Montana values."

So this is Bluesky eh? Seems quieter and I already like it haha. Where are all of my Montana people at?!
