It says in the article that he was born in Toronto, but really, “Gehry, who arrived in L.A. as an aimless teenager just after World War II and went on to become the most famous and one of the most influential architects in the world over a prolific six-decade career,…” he was an L.A. guy.

I’ve read your books, and I don’t find it surprising that you don’t do drugs. I don’t mean that as a dis, you’re a very good writer, but not trippy enough to make me think you’ve ever had a hallucinogen.

Yes, this. If they really want to fund the government through tariffs, then all Americans will be paying essentially a national sales tax. Sales taxes are regressive taxes that impact the lower earners more than higher earners.

For sure, the Electoral College has to go.
We need anti-gerrymandering laws, politicians can’t be allowed to choose their constituencies.
