At least in my area, absolutely no one is trying to build affordable housing. What they are trying to build and constantly trying to get zoning changed for, is $400k+ townhouses, all in the last remaining green spaces in the city. Why build affordable when mini-mansions sell?

Every time they do this they release 1-2 pages with ideas and super high level stuff with absolutely zero details and no way of implementing it.
