I think at this point I should just throw the journal in the bin. It may be doing my mental health more harm than good.

And I feel bad because it is so thoughtfully written as a book and it is certainly not the author's fault that it keeps hitting up against triggers for my suicidal ideation.

The best thing about the delay to the "We never left the water" shirt being shipped is I completely forgot it wasn't the only thing I'd ordered so this morning's post was a very pleasant surprise.

My P4A merch arrived! I splurged so much! I had forgotten! And I knew the risk in ordering two lots of mystery perks, I don't mind.

I don't think I've left myself enough time for the British Library so I'm just chilling before my train.

I've realised I've been sticking to chains like Costa and Pizza Express because it fools my anxious brain into thinking I've been there before and I guess that's ok, actually.
