So Bluesky is the only platform that will not set their algorithms to push right leaning divisive content. Although I have to say it doesn’t matter most of what I see on here are screen grabs from X etc so their bile seeps into our minds whether we like it or not.

It will work, it’s not just Cummings, there are multiple British politicians & ex politicians that want to pour as much doubt & poison into UK politics for their own gain. I can’t escape Musk ‘news’ whether it’s on here, X (I’ve blocked him & many others), TV or radio. This eats into everything.

So true & our memories are shocking hence why many were not held to account, including Springer himself- I lost count of the amount of times contributors said how lovely he was, as if it excuses his role in it. I was shocked it ran to 2018. What an ugly business showbiz can be, despicable practices!

Never going to happen, he has lived almost a century. This has shown for some there is no such thing as punishment. All I could think watching the Carter funeral is Trump will get this respectable send off & he will be in history books for eternity. He has made an absolute mockery of everyone.

I only heard of her yesterday when her death was announced. I’m grateful I didn’t know who she was, so grateful that her poison didn’t work and there are many gay rights. It’s quite poignant that as she dies the MAGA lot in US power will do their best to drag everyone back to the 1970s- depressing.

I agree with Kevin. It is a stain on this country that a groomed & radicalised British girl has been discarded for political posturing to look tough! I keep repeating it but there are 100s of those who were not groomed & were adults that have committed terrorism living in this country. Why her?

I agree with her & it’s not just the BBC. The decline in credible news source & reporting is disheartening. The allowance of the strangulation of every news/current affairs source by MAGA type people is shameful. Newsnight was a mess tonight & the poor presenter seemed way out of his depth.

‘Free expression’ he is well & truly in the darkness & we will be dragged down even further from Jan 20. No peace, no rest, no unity, just a black hole for all of us for the duration of Trumps term at least…..I’m drained already yet we still have further to fall!

The irony is that what is happening to Jess is exactly what abusers do to their victims. They try to break any & everything good- decency, a conscience, moral standing. I truly hope that she & her decent colleagues are safe & their hard work helping the vulnerable continues on.

Could you also include why news rooms only seem to report on this issue when the far right boil over with their racism about brown Muslims? It happens everyday in every area in the UK not just when the racists make it trend on X.

Since 2016 Brexit/Trump it has given permission for racism to become normal in all areas of MSM as they compete with SM platforms run by right leaning commentators

He is absolutely right. Throughout all of this I am sickened to the core that the leaders of opposing parties in the UK have not united in completely & vehemently denouncing Musks attacks on their colleagues. There are things that go beyond party lines. I & many will never forget their treachery.

Absolutely 🙌🏾 people like this just complain they don’t know real poverty. Many people in poverty don’t even have a tenner to put in the electric metre, kids freeze every winter in a lot of state schools because they can’t afford to heat them, the system is so old & there is no funding to fix it.

Well said. Kemi is the one that needs to start being honest & have real bravery to turn her back on the racists, stop battling Reform to accrue racist voters & be instrumental in restoring professionalism, a moral compass & doing the best they can for their constituents/the Conservative Party.
