The stress I have been under has eased. My meds are starting to have impact again. So nice to have my mind back.
Overwhelmed and sleeping poorly, not a good combo when you are #ADHD.

The amount of stress I am under this week has left my meds incapable of helping, I am, as the kids would say, rawdogging my ADHD this week.
