Obsessively organising my pelician book series. They are moorishly collectable, in large part due to the numbered spines.

However, yesterday, I was disappointed to see 'our universe' arrive with the same spine number as think 'again' (21).

My neuro-spicy brain is not dealing well with this 🤣

#Goodreads is my not so secret passion and If it wasn't obvious by now... I'm kind of obsessed with #books and #reading in general. Before 2020 my read pile was <5. My "want to read" represents all the books I currently own.

It wasnt until 2023 I started taking notes... if only I could go back

Treated myself to the 3 books in the series and I'm starting with the 3rd instalment.

I really enjoyed @iandunt.bsky.social "How To Be A Liberal" and so I'm looking forward to this one.

Also ...yes I bought all 3 before reading a single one... i like how the series looks in my bookcase

No surprises here. Some questions were tricky to interpret as depending on how you read them, you could be agreeing with something that was intended to be meant differently or unknowingly taking on the baggage of a bunch of unintended consequences, but hey... that's politics for ya!

Call me pedantic, but it would be a very different story if it was an asteroid entering our atmosphere

It's Monday tomorrow, ... back to work, back to my only coping mechanism, embracing the chaos and gaslighting myself into believing I actually love it... This mug and the decent renumeration helps.

Had to buy another bookcase... Rapidly running out of space in my house to fit my obsessive purchases of bound sliced trees ... The solution is simple... "Buy less books?".. no! Fool! Buy a bigger house (taps head)

Might wear my favourite hat today, alongside the noise cancelling headphones usually does the job ❤️.
