Like is it appropriate here to say that I have been so depressed lately, and the murder in Minneapolis just broke me to the point where I actually called my shrink and said “I think something is chemical. I know we’re in dark, dark times. Tonight I did a stand up show in San Jose. That audience was kind, raucous and laughed throughout. Many of them had been protesting. I’m tryin all new material. It felt as if they were hugging me with their laughter and they got ME through the show.
