After TFA, I eventually joined Twitter. Which brought me into contact & helped me develop some wonderful connections and friendships with the broader fan community. Not only my friends in my area of coastal California, but fans all over the world. Folks working at LFL. A community I cherish today.

Prior to TFA, my fandom was a private thing. I messaged on boards like TF.N, but I never really engaged with fans I didn't know personally in my life. That changed that rainy day in line.
