I managed to make the general weapon code working. I was having difficulty with rotation until I realized that in Godot creating a Quaternion from a euler it uses radians instead of degrees like Unity.

I finished making the infinitely scrolling stage. It was a little tricky because in Unity up is positive while in Godot up is negative. So I had to figure out where I needed switch stuff in the y-axis.
