had the big brain realization that you could just whip up a whole D&D cast/NPC list from Whose Line prompts alone

Had a session 0 and did some character creation for a #daggerheart one shot. Got a silly little party coming together:
•Giant/Katari Warrior that's a bit haughty
•Faun/Elf Rogue who's mad at the world
•Simiah Wizard who's a kind of insane grandma (her armor is a knit leather cardigan)

Some of my recent reads from the last couple of weeks. I think I enjoyed I'm Thinking of Ending Things the most of the bunch

#Justfinished A Psalm for the Wild-Built by Becky Chambers

This book got me back on my reading kick after about of month of not reading anything. Short and delightful! The perfect read for me especially bc I'm introducing some robots into my dnd campaign. Quality inspiration

#Justfinished Project Hail Mary by Andy Weir

I went into it pretty blind. All I knew about it was just about space. I really enjoyed it! I wasn't expecting it to be as funny as it was, and I adored the main character dynamics

#Justfinished Der Katzenprinz & Other Zemnian Tales by @voiceofobrien.bsky.social & art by Charlie (Newt) Borovský

This collection of tales is so whimsical and gorgeous! I will not spoil any stories bc it releases on April 8th and idk why I got it early, but it is certainly a delight! Bravo

#Justfinished Gideon the Ninth by Tamsyn Muir

"Lesbian necromancers explore a haunted gothic palace in space" is a ton of selling points for me, but unfortunately the book didn't quite click for me. It wasn't a bad read by any means, but I had a tough time getting into it
