Yes, fair, and accurate. But also the 1st amendment can be twisted and argued many ways where the 2nd amendment can be a lot more concrete. Also maybe better for the fulcrum to be the 2nd amendment than the 1st? Like imagine if the argument was that he was killed for filming? Idk.
