Holy crap. I must praise the story, characters, and message the game portrays. Genuinely had my jaw drop many times. Simply loved it. I am immediately going NG+ runs for all the endings. My first Silent Hill! What an amazing game. I didn’t want it to end! Truly an outstanding game.

Octopath Traveler II
Holy hell. The OST was outstanding, simply beautiful. I really enjoyed each character’s varied stories too. The battle system was simple at first but it gets much more fun to mess with, especially towards the end. I really want to return later and do a lot of post-game. 😄

I had backlogged this one nearly 9 years ago. I had stopped playing my 3DS and was in a busier part of my life then too. I can’t believe how long I held off on Fates. I got through about over half back in 2016-sadly my save wasn’t there, so I started fresh. Loved it. 😃

Klonoa: Empire of Dreams
I really love Klonoa and remember always seeing the box for Lunatea’s Veil at Blockbuster and wanting to rent it a lot when I was small. I ended up getting it and becoming a big Klonoa fan in the 2000s. I have been hoping for a Klonoa 3 since 2005 or 2006. 🥹

SO much nostalgia hit me playing Klonoa Empire of Dreams last night. I loved this and it’s sequel on GBA back in the day. Almost at the third world now.

I really enjoyed this FE other than a few nitpicks due to it being very faithful to the original 1992 Famicom version! Despite that, it’s a lovely game & I enjoyed how unique of an FE it plays like. I couldn’t take any screenshots since I played it on my 3DS!

Fire Emblem Echoes: Shadows of Valentia

I love kart racers so much.

The Star-Crossed Roads dlc for the Switch 2 version of Kirby and the Forgotten Land.
I love this game and the dlc is more of the same, just harder. I had 100% K&TFL when it came out and was so happy Kirby had a mainline 3D game.

Another bucket list game & one that my twin & best friend loved when it came out. I always remembered the art style & music being catchy. I actually started this on my Switch but changed to the DS version. Loved the game, definitely built for the DS.

A very short game! I knew what I was getting into and am familiar with the directors’ previous games like Hotel Dusk and Another Code. There is very little interaction in this as it’s more like an animation accompanied with great music and a nice story. It’s also cheaply priced! 😁

I finished everything in weapons master mode, which was extremely addictive (those dungeons though…), and played arcade and unlocked all the characters, stages & modes :-)

Oh my god, I love this game. I am doing some post game after credits and will later 100% it. The team behind this and Mario Odyssey are brilliant. I am so happy to have a big, brand new 3D Donkey Kong game. I wanted this literally for years and it exceeded my expectations!!!

Oh my god, I love this game. I am doing some post game after credits and will later 100% it. The team behind this and Mario Odyssey are brilliant. I am so happy to have a big, brand new 3D Donkey Kong game. I wanted this literally for years and it exceeded my expectations!!!

I love Kojima’s games and this is a top three Kojima game for me. I loved it SO MUCH. I loved the first game a lot but this one is better in every way. Kojima outdid himself, I thought I knew what to expect but I was still very surprised often!

Death Stranding 2 - 7/25
I love Kojima’s games and this is a top three Kojima game for me. I loved it SO MUCH. I loved the first game a lot but this one is better in every way. Kojima outdid himself, I thought I knew what to expect but I was still very surprised often!
