a friend said there was Type 3 diabtetes. I’m a Canadian nurse (same one from reddit - thanks for airing my q) & I have never heard of Type 3 DM. My friend - who is not in healthcare, says it’s the kind where a person gets cognitive impairment. Her mom is a diabetic, and they ‘do their own research’
