Yes, they should be said. That could build cases against individuals who are not dumps people. Dump may be immune, but not all his family and associates are immune to prosecution even if it stops them for some days at least.

I was trying to think of things with kirk, and I am glad no one innocent was hurt. His kids deserve empathy because their dad was an evil, twisted shitbag. They are going to have this as their dad's legacy.
