🪡: Witness was only able to capture the last vehicle, a Ford sedan, which was unmarked but had lights and a siren that was used as the driver was pulling out.

🪡: Three vehicles involved. Victim was put into a 4 door foreign model sedan, witness couldn't determine make or model. The man with a “DEA” patch got into a Nissan Truck, license plate 41387A3. /4

🪡: Victim appeared to be in his 30s, ~6 ft, heavy build, bald, with facial hair. wearing business dress, and appeared to be either on his way in/out of the courthouse across the street. Victim was calm, did not resist, let out a single short yell as he was being pushed into the vehicle. /3

When people yelled out that this was an ongoing crime, HBPD instead chastised the people asking the clerk to pause it.

We will need to dig to see just how many people's identities on a political petition were exposed by the city of Huntington Beach.
