I’m not that bothered who did the writing. It just needed to be said given that it’s a customary thing when a player/coach switches teams. Most of these statements are timed to be released right when the news breaks, so it seemed odd to have radio silence until now.

Sorry, just doing my due diligence😉. The fact that Nancy’s account was tweeting about Denzel Washington’s speech and promoting something called the My Coach Pad seemed off brand for him.

A little perspective, Miami spends roughly $47 million in salary on its roster which doesn’t include the money Apple gives Messi. Columbus spends $16 total. If I were Mascherano, not sure I’d be sitting by the phone😉.

Green Brigade (Celtic supporter group) was just banned for 3 matches. They assaulted 2 police and 1 steward. 3 fans were arrested. The club is a powder keg and they do not want Nancy. I doubt he’ll be given enough time to even have players adapt to his system.

Once again, Columbus Crew is not playing Austin. There are only two teams in the league that have not played at Crew stadium, San Diego and Austin. Come on Garber, give us what we all want, an epic rivalry match.

Celtic’s coach quit unexpectedly at the end of October (mid season for them). Nancy wasn’t approached about the job until 3 weeks ago (Sky Sports, BBC). Are you speculating he was contacted earlier by them?

That’s because he’s not a LB, he’s never played the defensive role until USMNT. Arfsten was a striker that Nancy converted to LWB.

Casual ass Crew fan fan here😂, but I did live in the UK for 20 years. Nancy is good, we’re devastated that he may be leaving. Don’t just take my word for it, ask Middlesbrough and Real Betis. They paid good money for 2 of Nancy’s players and they were instantly starting for their new teams.

He was born and raised in Denmark with a Danish passport. It also doesn’t hurt that the Haslam’s (majority owners of the Crew) are big Republican donors. In fact, they threw a big fundraiser for Vance before he became VP.

Then LAFC and Seattle should have been given the same treatment. In addition, all the Vancouver players due to going all the way to the final in CCC should be exempt. There is no solution aside from suspension in the Cincy match in which MLS comes out looking impartial.

I disagreed with that too. The Crew is fantastic, but Ohio itself doesn’t have the draw of Miami, LA, or NY etc. We need to do whatever it takes to attract the best players which might equate to paying more. Not saying we should pay double, but we may need to step up to compensate for Columbus.
