Eric Adams was elected with bad money. Assume the same of Cuomo. But Cuomo has bad prior acts which predisposes the voters against him.
The early voting is very heavy, from what I've read and observed. Cuomo has been insulting the Ds who vote in primaries, so I'm assuming his tactics will fail.

I'm sure she wants to study the evidence and whatever emerging information comes out concurrent to this hearing. My recollection from the J6 cases is that when she makes a ruling, she wants it to be bullet-proof.

There's no need to drive into Manhattan. Public transportation is extensive. This clears out the streets, so pickup/delivery vehicles (who can obviously deduct the tolls as a business expense) don't idle and create blockages that causes all traffic to idle.
