Pretty cool! Any clue if there's a device for SCART peeps of equal quality?

Quality gear for sure, but I just wish they would've outsourced the (industrial) design of the housing. It's beyond horrendous, even if I put on my retro-goggles and try to give it a honest chance... It doesn't seem to edge out the SuperStation in any meaningful way, while being so dang ugly.

One of the many reasons I love your books! The care that you take to keep them pristine during shipping is just amazing.

Forcing you to choose a suggestion or the bloody thing often times doesn’t allow you to move the cursor… and let’s not speak of the _horrible_ dual language keyboards that can’t even been considered an early alpha of a feature.

Vaya, ¿aún existe esa serie convertida en bazofia?

Surprising absolutely nobody.

In spite of both @retrorgb.bsky.social’s and your own snarky comments, I was referring to something that is indeed _not_ answered in either the video, or post being referred to. Speaking of a lack of literacy… bust mostly manners in your case I guess?

Thanks, but the problem is I’ve yet to see a single video or post regarding an actual, factual experience regarding this exact use case. I just don’t understand how that’s not the main focus of any of these vids, as that’s the main issue with most low throughput options that have existed for a while

Any conclusive insights regarding the performance of FMV games using this method of ISO loading? Singstar, etc. tend to have issues with low transfer rates through eg USB.

Sure, but there was no mention at all regarding the typical issues that arise from running games using methods that offer low-throughput. The entire YT comment section is full of commenters regarding this point, as it is crucial to deciding if this is actually a real alternative to using HDD/SDD.

So.. the new joy-cons are going to be similarly sucky and hand-cramp inducing as the old ones? Such a missed opportunity to do better 🤷🏻‍♂️

We really are living in a timeline that makes Idiocracy (2006) seem like the much more sane version of our specie’s future… It would be hilarious if it wasn’t going to actually spell doom and misery for all of us 🤷🏼‍♂️
