Six weeks ago, I picked up a year-old tawny owl with a broken leg off the main road near our home and dropped him off at our nearest vet.

I lost a lot during burnout but something that’s been particularly difficult was losing the joy of exercise

Well, years of recovery later, I’m looking at taking a yoga class again

I haven’t committed yet but this is the closest I’ve come to structured exercise in years
