Now I have never had bison before! I'll have to look around for shops that sell it, because I am INTERESTED. I had never had sweet potato before this year, and now I'm obsessed with it (I've got to make up for lost time)

So I want to ask: what is your favorite recipe to cook? Do you have a tradition in your house? Do you have a comfort food you still turn to? Do you have a weeknight staple?
I want to try new things, and what better way to do that than sharing our favorites with each other.

A while back, I saw someone ask "what's your favorite instant noodle[s]?", and the feedback was so good that I went out and tried a few, myself. But what was really neat was reading everyone's stories, tips & tricks, and love of food. The memories associated, and the comfort they still get from it.
