We’re absolutely delighted to share that Levenshulme Old Library is a finalist at this year's Manchester Culture Awards!

We're shortlisted in the 'best event' category for last year's Ghosts at the Old Library, our homegrown winter storytelling project.

Huge thanks to all involved.

Wish us luck!

Very exciting to meet my first cohort of students who I can already tell are going to be superstars.

This whiteboard was a list of films and TV we love with our whole hearts 📺🎥🎞❤️

Looking forward to being unattractively smug about this for the rest of the day.

Writing is thinking - you can't outsource it. And contact with AI actually makes you lonelier.

It's weirdly the therapist I personally can't get on board with - would any professional talk like that???

That's really interesting David - yes you're quite right about it being arch and telly. I don't completely love every aspect of it (and maybe that's why), but I do think it's a nice breath of fresh air and interesting to see what a British cop show looks like for Netflix
afahynes.bsky.social
Oohh good, I'll be v curious to see what you think!

Yes that's a good point! Absolutely loving his deputy character, think he's my fave
