MERINOOOO. Another great performance overshadowed by the disgusting shot on target we allowed. SLOPPY by Arsenal. (Jk).

Burnley (A) +3 — fantastic first half followed by a second gear second half. Gyokeres’s importance to this squad and its success was so apparent this match. Tough place to go, but we got the 3 points.

+3, 25 points. Still top of the table. UCL next with a trip to Prague. So far so good! COYG

Brighton (H) League Cup — on to the QF. Young kids took their chance. Squad looking very deep. Another good performance.

Would be a fun cup to win with the bench guys and the kids. Let’s do it.

Palace (H) +3 — very similar to the Fulham match. Another extremely well coached team. 3 points is all that matters and another 3 points picked up from last season.

Atletico (H) +3 — complete dominance. Gyokeres brace. Martinelli trademark finish. This team is special.

Fulham (A) +3 — fine performance that probably deserved a couple more goals. But away at Fulham, nothing matter except 3 points. We did that, and we move.

West Ham (H) +3 — miserable weather but vital 3 points. Everyone thought we were going to batter them but that’s not how football works. Before the international break and to conclude our difficult run of matches. Only negative is that Odegaard is hurt…. Again….

Olympiacos (H) +3 — easiest 2-0 we will ever play. Should have been 4-0 by HT. Odegaard fantastic. MLS looked sharp. Gyok getting used better. Something special is brewing!

Newcastle (A) +3 — LETS FUCKING GO. Deserved to win despite awful officiating. The fight shown by the team is something I haven’t seen since maybe 23/24. Hopefully it’s a good sign of things to come. Tough part out of the way, now we need to rack points up.

Man City (H) +1 — UGHHHHHHH why does Mikel insist with this midfield? One point that fees like a loss, and it’s all on the manager.

Stop being so scared to go at the big boys. Eze needs to be a bang on starter, and I think at 10. I’m fuming over this performance.

Bilbao (A) +3 in the UCL — cagey affair in the first half but Arsenal controlled the second. The depth we have is insane. Gyokeres looked very very threatening before his head exploded. Defense stellar as usual.

Martinelli and Trossard are still here. Great start to the UCL.

Forest (H) +3 — absolute domination. Not a bad performance in sight. Noni, Eze and Gyok were great in their own way. Our defense—yet again— was flawless. To think this side still has Saliba, Saka, Kai, Norgaard, and Jesus returning is scary. Arteta has fun toys to play with.
