Next opportunity you get can you ask our MP's / Ministers why they seem to have more to say about artists shouting anarchic themes at a festival than children being buried under rubble.

Let's see what the reform mob have to say about this , probably not much.

If the LD were in Government they would still be using the same "diplomatic" language as Labour.

The moped rider was on the pavement because he was being chased by the police

The BBC reporting the phone call as "some progress" wtf are they talking about
March 18, 2025 at 6:02 PM
Not sure how an LTN would have prevented the criminality which was the cause of this horrific incident.
March 17, 2025 at 6:44 PM
My children go to Dunraven and it was reported on the school what's app groups
March 14, 2025 at 1:13 PM
Thoughts with the child, really hope he's ok. It has been reported that he was hit by a scooter which was driving on the pavement as it was being chased by the police.
March 14, 2025 at 10:11 AM
Such a sad incident and I hope he will be ok, not sure an LTN would have stopped this though as it has been reported that the accident was due to a police pursuit of a scooter, think the scooter was using the pavement and hit the poor boy. Would have been nice for LSW not to jump on this.

I am pro whatever works, I navigate lots of LTN rds in my working day,and it doesn't bother me in the slightest, but the SW LtN was removed because it didn't work.
February 27, 2025 at 7:00 AM
Most of us are not coming from an ideological point of view, but Liveable SW always push the debate into anti LtN /pro LtN
February 27, 2025 at 6:58 AM
I didn't say that, just pointing out that the bus in the pic struggling to get through as valley has lots of parked cars. I'm not saying that valley Rd is amazing, I'm just saying that it isn't any different to lots of rds in London and that the LtN didn't seem to be the answer. (Evidently)
February 27, 2025 at 6:57 AM
I could post hundreds of pics showing very similar stories on London streets. The LTN wasn't removed by red meat loving reform voters, it was a difficult but correct decision by the mayor.
February 26, 2025 at 7:07 PM
As you can see the queue of traffic is due to the bus which is perfectly understandable, I drove down valley this morning at 0815 and it was absolutely fine.
February 26, 2025 at 7:05 PM
Unfortunately it simply just didn't work, and as a regular user of valley Rd for work purposes, it is no different from other roads in London, sometimes it's bad but it's mostly ok, Sunnyhill and Harborough work as a school rds.

We should have, as most military experts were eluding to, allowed Ukraine to use the weapons we sent as they wanted, without the terms and conditions, Putin has been testing Europe for decades and I'm afraid we have lost unless Europe gets together and reforms our security agenda
February 16, 2025 at 1:08 PM
Just as in 1941 we rely on the US for our own security and Trump knows this, and there is fuck all we can do about it
February 16, 2025 at 1:05 PM
What did we expect in Europe ? What was the end game plane for Ukraine , just keep giving them enough not to lose ? Trump now wants to make Russia Great Again and us in Europe and Biden have to take some of the blame, the real losers are the Ukranians and we have thrown them under the bus

The lack of integrity is astounding, an example of "they are all the same" only out for themselves. He is no better than DT.
