I'd also like to read Wide Sargasso Sea. A lot of people I knew recommended Jane Eyre, but few of them even knew of Jean Rhys's continuation.

Next year, I hope to read one of Anne Brontë's novels. I'm curious as to why she isn't discussed nearly as much as her sisters. I'll either go with Agnes Grey or The Tenant of Wildfell Hall.

I didn't like it as much as Wuthering Heights - which I count among my favourites - but I quite enjoyed Charlotte Brontë's prose. Though it doesn't make as much use of its secondary cast, the main characters are vivid enough.
