Sounds similar to his $15B 'case' against the NYT where that had to be resubmitted due to its low quality. Maybe the BBC can do a behind-the-scenes series tracking the case - they could call it something like 'The Real Celebrity Traitor' ...

Not sure I would advocate for government leaving X - don't they need to talk to all the people? Many are still on X.
OTOH they should be on more platforms. Could they then even delay posts on X so that the primary source for any information is 'anywhere except X'.

It seems like a huge waste of money on something that won't do what they want. If the goal is to make the grey economy less attractive then hire people to do that. Feels a bit like the OSA - imposing extra red tape on a large group who aren't the target at all.
