After being stalled for a ~year, construction had resumed on Nike Portland with updated permit activity.

Although, toro might be shutting down. No branding outside anymore. Google maps calls it “Venue 13” now. They posted in January they are temporarily closed to get inspiration and that sign is gone now. These photo are from today.

No offense to the owners of Toro, but it’s really disheartening how much of downgrade it was compared to Tilt. You also know Tilt would have made the most of the now car-less 13th Ave.

Finally the stupid super uninviting fence at The Fields Park is down. I hope this mean the project is almost done needing the park.

Massive crowd in Seattle

Looks like Downtown’s former BWW spot got a tenant. Not much work has started.
