The best. Top of my head - Undertones, Stiff Little Fingers (ooh Irish again) Tom Robinson band, The Alarm. Billy Bragg!! Think most bands were political ish in late 70’s We were fighting the far right NF, BNP etc., and Thatcher. We were far more politically intelligent and aware.

I’m a US vet and think all of our current military partners should tell us to fuck off and vacate our overseas bases. Even aside from my own anger over this ignorance of the multinational forces I worked with for years, no country should allow the military of a fascist govt inside their borders.
