That’s incredibly frustrating
For a long time, the answer for me was a benzo. I was on it for years, and it worked wonders. I don’t know what changed, but last time I trialed off of it, it worked. It’s been 3 years since I needed it (I still take an anti depressant for anxiety)

That makes senses. How it works now is how the bird site notifs worked, so to me, there’s been no change. I was just intrigued that someone was getting the full text, as I didn’t know that was possible lol

Do you have an iPhone or android? I have an iPhone, and my app doesn’t have the “overview” screen. I only get previews of the messages with the rest of my phone notifications

We’re taught that mothers have to give everything at all times, or they suck. You’re taking care of yourself, a very important and often neglected task.
If your daughter was an adult, and in your position, would you think the same thing? Or would you notice how she feels (overwhelmed, sad, etc)
