🆕 The EU Parliament Intergenerational Forum has officially been launched!

Led by MEPs @idoiamendia.bsky.social and Michał Szczerba, the event featured Commissioners Glenn Micallef and Dubravka Šuica, and AGE members.

This Forum aims to shape the upcoming EU Strategy on Intergenerational Fairness!

We Work to:

- Push for a comprehensive EU Anti-Poverty Strategy
- Ensure anti-poverty goals are mainstreamed across all EU policies
- Connect poverty with issued like migration, climate, digitalisation, and security
- Hold the EU accountable through meetings, joint statements, and work with key allies in the Parliament and Commission

Poverty affects 95+ Million People in the EU. But it's still addressed in silos, fragmenting responses and delaying solutions.

The coalition is building bridges across sectors and pushing for rights-based, intersectional answers to poverty
