Reading Busytown books to my kids and I’m constantly blown away by how woefully incompetent so many characters seem to be and how forgiving and accepting of this incompetency the community is.

Loved this post and it also has me wondering what some of the most insane “this is a sports movie” options are out there. Like, there being a real argument to be made it’s a sports movie, similar to Die Hard as a Christmas movie.

Our worst defensive outputs has been against offenses sans adequate tape. ND in game two of CJ, Arkansas in game one under Petrino, SC w/ new OC. Our LB York is incredibly cerebral and I wonder if that was actually too the defenses detriment for that reason.

Having lost my pup (RIP Milo) the Monday before Thanksgiving of 2020, I’m just sitting here and crying while listening to @stevengodfrey.bsky.social and this was not how I expected my Friday to start. The pain and guilt never fully fade.

So. Cashius Howell has gone on record saying he has a chip on his shoulder from not receiving a P4 offer out of HS. And Drinkwitz has said Mizzou evaluated CH at that time and passed on him. Kinda wonder if we aren’t about to see CH exorcise some personal demons.
