I would just love to remember who I was before being a parent became my identity.

I cannot relate to the struggle of being a single mother. I respect the hell out of them. They are fucking rockstars. And I’m sure they’re fucking exhausted too.

In otherwise, but still related news, my son turned seven yesterday. I wasn’t able to do as much as I would have like to do for him but he had a good day. I’m so grateful for him. I’m still exhausted though. Being a mother is ghetto af. Idgaf if the father is present.

Keeping up with social media, having adhd, being depressed, being a mom and a partner, all while trying to remember to take care of me and figuring out what to make for dinner, is fucking exhausting.
