Everything he says is a blatent lie. But there is something positive in this as well. The bully is pretending to be the victim here. And this all points out how badly it is going in reality for russia. If it all is going according to plan, he will act strong. But now he acts weak.. really weak...

Than he probably wont mind if we put in some more sanctions, even bigger and painfull.
