It also does tSNE and UMAP but those don’t yet expose any optional parameters. I don’t actually understand those algorithms that well yet.

It runs an algorithm that reduces the dimensions of the vector to 3d or 2D so it’s easier to visualize. You can choose the algorithm that does that dimensional reduction. So your input is expected to have much higher dimensionality.
