very true! yesterday, I accidentally stepped into the path of a bicyclist at which point he began to stridently (and loudly) berate me. I was just in the middle of responding, when it occurred me that it was way more useful to be silent and focus on my destination.
The less reactive you are, the more peace you keep.
Not everything deserves a response.

I wanted to use this opportunity to thank Prof. David Lamberts, Drs. Jo Norcup & Benjamin Richardson, as well as Lisa Cook for inviting me to speak at the Yesu Persaud Centre for Caribbean Studies Seminar Series, last week, at Warwick University.
