This is a really interesting read if you have any interest in making movies near the Super8 format size. The Mk3 looks promising, a DIY version with electronics kit might be a possibility. It is early days, though.

Man, I had a nightmare the other day that my 35mm camera from 1960 couldn't find the internet because Amazon was down. It was not possible to adjust the aperture, shutter speed or focus. Couldn't get any sleep at all. Who designed this thing?
