I agree. No company is interested and BC and first nations are against it. Lots of hand shaking not much else

I think you might have missed on this one. Any pipeline will have to be built by companies not government. Enbridge and transmountain have plans to expand capacity in existing lines for far less money than building a new one. All Caney can do is give a green light should someone want to build one.
