Note that the income line is also trending below its target of 40 trillions. It's actually trending below 35 trillions. So while the difference between planned and trending for expenses is over 2 trillion rubles, the same difference for income is over 5 trillions.

Might not spike hard enough, here.
November 13, 2025 at 8:04 PM
On my graph, the trend line for expenses is below 41 trillions. And we're currently below that line. On the electronic budget widget, you can see the planned expenses at the end of the year is just shy of 43 trillions. So that's a difference of over two trillions of expenses.

It's gonna spike hard.

I'm glad to report that of the men accompanying Medvedev in this picture, one is in jail and the other is in hell.

So, since the last update of October:
Income +2364.7
Expenses +1297.2
Deficit -1067.5

By comparison, the first update for October was a deficit reduction of 1493, and for September it was 1460.2.

Expenses are still oddly low.

Incredible breakthrough in artificial intelligence: a robot discovered it was in russia, and in reaction immediately decided to irreversibly shut itself down.

All that to say, not even The Onion would have run a headline like this before.
November 12, 2025 at 7:56 AM
Let's talk about parody.

Parody used to be an exaggeration of reality, where things were pushed to the absurd so as to make blatant problems that may escape notice otherwise.

In the 21st century, parody is dead. Reality cannot be exaggerated anymore. Things being beyond absurd is the new normal.

EU money is going into this program. If UK wants to benefit from it, then they should put money in the common pot. If they don't want to participate, then they shouldn't complain that they don't participate.

Meanwhile trump is bragging that he's profiteering from the war and not helping at all.

"if not, we will have to deal with Russia."

And these absolute morons believe that giving russia its money back will be the winning move there?

Just transfer that money already to make sure that Ukraine wins!

Yeah, he's successfully turned the USA into a useless parasite, leeching money from others in exchange for not even protection but a hollow promise.

Stop buying American.
❗️🇺🇸🇺🇦 The final destination of the weapons often remains unclear. State Department official told Axios that “this is very harmful to both allies and the U.S. defense industry.” Even a short pause slows down defense planning in Europe.

Like, say, having masked paramilitary thugs at home disappearing people without any sort of warrant and no semblance of due process or habeas corpus; while committing war crimes abroad in an attempt to look tough and strong by using the world's largest military to attack tiny civilian boats.

"Designated Terrorist Organization".

Which organization exactly, and who is in charge of the designating?

If America wants to bomb Designated Terrorist Organizations, then good news, I'm designating russia as a Terrorist Organization and a State Sponsor of Terrorist. Start bombing russian assets.

This corrupt system is known as "ponyatiya" in russian. The "understandings". Things that are never spelled out officially, but that you need to understand to survive.

Basically, the entire country is run like a mafia. Or like a loose federation of mafias, with feudal relationships between them.
November 10, 2025 at 10:49 AM
This is by design, laws and rules and regulations in russia are all arbitrary, weird, ambiguous, and contradictory. You literally cannot follow the rules, it's impossible.

That way, there are always pretexts available to punish you.

Instead, there are "unwritten rules", those are the ones to heed.
November 10, 2025 at 10:39 AM
The reason the military police is doing that is that they want bribes. Money's getting tight, inflation is high; gotta extort what you can while you can.

The "dirty tires" thing is a perfect illustration of russian society. You think you're in full compliance of all regulations? You aren't.
November 10, 2025 at 10:36 AM
The propagandists in russia have been claiming they're fighting an "existential war" against "all of NATO" since basically day one. The russian population is mentally prepared for opening a new front.

And opening a new front may be where russia will go to find easy victories.
November 10, 2025 at 8:10 AM
His armies are bogged down in Ukraine because the Ukrainians have built several lines of fortifications and are used to drone-intensive warfare. They're even better at it than the russians.

But EU/NATO armies? They're not. They won't know how to cope.
November 10, 2025 at 8:07 AM
Because we're weak, we're cowards, our armies are not prepared for drone warfare, and pootin's got a million of unhinged killers he cannot allow to return to civilian life because they'll just cause problems. They have to keep fighting, against Ukrainians or others, until they die.
November 10, 2025 at 8:05 AM
It marks you as the wimp, the wuss, the easy prey.

And the outcome was ships cutting cables by dragging anchors, drones crashing into Poland and Romania, drones flying over airports and military bases throughout Europe, etc.

And soon, little green men?

Fear of escalation, and especially publicly announced fear of escalation, is showing weakness. It shows you back down when pressured, and that means they can keep pressure you to get more and more concessions out of you, because you will keep backing down.
