I had a *big* organisation refuse to give me them a couple of times... It was a shock! I didn't want to self-disclose so we compromised with giving "themes" of the interview. They tried, I guess?

For most of my life, I kept my neurodiversity quiet, especially when it came to interviews. Not because I was ashamed, but because it seemed easier not having to explain and not having to worry about how people might react. (2/5)
