If it wasn’t for the obvious skate-like dorsal fins I’d have said it had the shape/wingspan of a butterfly ray.
But my best guess would be Rostroraja alba, although I can’t see an obvious pointed snout or mottled skin to be too confident of that!

Great photos, found one of these recently in a plankton sample. A refreshing change from the usual benthic polychaetes!
